NOTE: Membership in CKOTA is included in your registration fee.

Individual Registration:

• $60.00 if postmarked by January 22, 2010
• $75.00 after January 22, 2010
• Lunch included

Business Registration:

• $120.00 if postmarked by January 22, 2010
• $140.00 after January 22, 2010
• Lunch is an additional $15.00 per registrant

Student Registration:

• $35.00 per student
• Lunch included
• Student ID required for discounted rate

NOTE: Student organizations pay business registration rate (see above), with lunch an additional $15.00 per registrant.

Trade Show Booth:

• A 10'x10' space with table is $120.00
• Conference registration is included
• Lunch is $15.00 per person

NOTE: For non-profit organizations there is no charge for a booth but must pay discounted rate of $35.00 to attend the conference. Lunch is $15.00 per person.

Sponsorship:

Sponsors are noted in our conference brochure and website, and may have a free trade show booth, if desired.
