NOTE: Membership in CKOTA is included in your registration fee.

Individual Registration:

• $75.00 if postmarked by February 1, 2015
• $90.00 after February 1, 2015
• Lunch included

Business Registration:

• $150.00 if postmarked by February 1, 2015
• $175.00 after February 1, 2015
• One lunch included. Additional lunches $15.00 per registrant.

Trade Show Booth:

• A 10'x10' space with table is $150.00
• One conference registration is included
• Lunch is $15.00 per person

NOTE: For non-profit organizations there is no charge for a booth. Lunch is $15.00 per person.

Sponsorship:

Sponsors are noted in our conference brochure and website, and may have a free trade show booth, if desired.
